On June 11, Ray gave a talk in front of Ramstein Air Force Base, Germany, at the start of the ceremony concluding an anti-drone demonstration by 5,000 on June 10.  The demonstrators had formed an 11.5-kilometer human chain linking them together as they marched from Kindsbach to Ramstein.

Addressing the military in the audience, this time Ray spoke mostly in English, reminding them that each is individually responsible NOT to obey an illegal order – like to drone-kill other human beings without due process.
