Briefing ‘President’ Scheer on the eve of NATO summit, I suggested, gingerly, that he talk to Hungary’s Viktor Orban rather than appear odd man out (after Orban’s talks over recent days with Zelensky, Putin, and Xi Jinping.) There is no sign that this happened while Orban was in Washington for the summit.
No one should be surprised that Orban is now headed to Mar-a-Lago to visit Donald Trump this evening.
