They discussed front-burner issues in a relaxed, kicked-back sort of way. In second segment Ray was asked to share impressions from his recent visit to occupied Palestine and Israel.

On TRT World, Ray expresses skepticism regarding a report in the Wall Street Journal on March 13 that President Trump has given the CIA additional authorities for drone attacks. Ray suggests that U.S. Secretary of Defense James Mattis would weigh in strongly against this, were Trump to be seriously considering giving CIA a broader role, and that Mattis would prevail. →
