Former NSA Technical Director Bill Binney and Ray took part Saturday in a Webinar on “Was the ‘Russian Hack’ an Inside Job?” – the subject of the open MEMORANDUM Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity sent to President Donald Trump on July 24.  Bill and Ray welcomed having enough time (it turned out to be an hour and 40 minutes) to walk the audience step by step through a controversial issue requiring detailed technical explanation.
