CIA analysis is now bubble wrapped in pliable plastic to fit the narrative of the sitting administration.  And so, incoming administrations have to unravel layers of deceit.  The back-in-the-day ethos of speaking truth to power is no more.  The consequences are, unsurprisingly, awful.
