It is probably difficult for most Americans — as it is for me — to fully understand/believe the insatiable greed and strategic recklessness of our own oligarchs who are part of what Ray calls the — MICIMATT (Military-Industrial-Congressional-Intelligence-Media-Academia-Think-Tank) complex.
