In 1961 Harvard & Yale gave me fellowships for MA in Russian. I chose Fordham, forgoing Richard Pipes in favor of less well known K G Molodetsky, who survived the blockade of Leningrad. It was his only book. It was enough. Effective antidote to Russophobia
